The Qidenus Mastered book scanner unit is the most versatile scanner in the Qidenus portfolio. It offers the widest range of scan area sizes and resolution output. It uses a self-centering book cradle with a gentle 80° opening angle in combination with an automated glass plate. This provides operators with fast, constant scanning rhythm while ensuring that even the most fragile books can be scanned without any harm to the bindings.

Qidenus Mastered Book Scanner can work in compliance with the FADGI and Metamorfoze preservation standards and is available in A3+, A2, A2+ and A1 sizes. It scans virtually all types of books, offers scan speeds of up to 1.500 pages / hour, handles originals of up to 160 mm thick. It utilizes the latest high-end CMOS sensors, and produces archival-grade images. This unique book scanner can be easily upgraded and can switch to manual operating mode with a mere push of a button.
